The date of departure is still(!) approaching, and with only 8 days left i'm forced to start worrying about practical things like getting to the airport in time. But at least there's one less thing to worry about, because yesterday we finally got the confirmation we were waiting for; Me and Vegard will be staying in Nairobi, together with Mari and Ane the first three months. Rumors are that we're going to do humanitarian work in the slum areas in this period. Exactly what kind of work i'm not quite sure about, but the students last year were working on a center for young mothers called TULIP.
It felt good to get to know a little bit more of how our situation will be, especially the fact that we will be all four together. It's easier to prepare when i know what to prepare for :)

Ok Tord you wanted a direction to prepare for & now you have one. I think the Tulip program/center sounds like a great thing for you to start on. So now you know where your going first & what you'l be doing, that should make you feel a bit better ;) Really all you have to do is becareful & be yourself, you will do wonderful!!! 8 days hell I can't wait, i'm getting excited for you.
